You'll probably have to connect to the computer running MyNode via ssh and install the pool software there. If you have no idea how to do that, feel free to ask any questions, or to use an LLM.
IMO using chatbot/AI/LLM should be last resort, especially when you can't understand/verify the suggestion. Besides, myNode also have documentation on
https://mynodebtc.github.io/ that include how to access terminal and connect via SSH.
I did read the doc guide but they dont have anything on how to add or create a solo mining pool. Their tech support sucks so bad that they barely reply. And mind you, I have premium support. When they finally replied, they said to use Datum, a public beta version to be used for solo mining. which I did installed and I point my miner to what I think its my node because it is using the myNode IP and port 23334. But, I can see that it is getting share like 1 every 5 mins or so, that slow. Very slow. Same miner when i point it to public pool, gets shares so fast

First you go need to install an Ubuntu terminal to make lives easier, so you will go to the windows store and download Ubuntu 18.04:
(Once you don open it enter a username and a password)Now I go follow the steps of
build-windows.md from github to install some dependencies.
Make you Copy each line below and run it in the terminal:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt install build-essential libtool autotools-dev automake pkg-config bsdmainutils curl git
Dis fit take some time. After dat, you go clone di bitcoin core source code from GitHub. Soon after "bitcoin git" na him bi the name of the folder way dem go create, and na him still bi the name of the cryptocurrency wey we go create. For dis guide, I go use common example "altcoin". If you decide to use another name, make sure say you change am for every other part of dis tutorial.

Once dey don am, you go need to find the bitcoin core files. They go probably be at:

Now, we fit build dem, but the problem bi say we go make a copy of the bitcoin core wey go follow the bitcoin Blockchain, something wey we no dey like at all. We want our own Blockchain. di first thing wey we suppose do na to change where dem write "bitcoin" to "altcoin"(e no necessary, but e go help make things no confuse us).
Run these lines:

Changes in codeWe go like differentiate our blockchain from bitcoin's. Make we start by changing the ports. Go to your files from windows explorer and click on the "src" folder.
In
chainparamsbase.cpp change the
nRPCPort to whatever you want. I suggest to just change the eight e.g.

chainparams.cpp there get some lines way include IP addresses. They don write am so you go automatically connect a node(s) if you don open Bitcoin Core for first time (you go add node with the
addnode "xxx.xxx.xx.xx" add ). So when you find line wey starts with
vSeeds.emplace_back delete am. Also, lines wey start with
vFixedSeeds make you replaced am with:
vFixedSeeds.clear();
Make they not any vFixedSeeds wey do something else.
In
chainparams.cpp, we go need to change
checkpointData to:

For this tutorial I no go explain how we go make our own genesis block, because say we wan achieve something wey simple. Anyone who take am more seriously go search and learn how e dey be. Thus, we go need to change value of
nMaxTipAge in
validation.cpp:
Multiply am it with a big number like 10000.

consensus/consensus.h we go need to change
COINBASE_MATURITY which means how "deep" a block go be for the miner before they go spend the reward. For bitcoin eh dey 100, that is, person wey fo mine 1 block go wait 100 blocks make e spend it's coins. We go give am any value, I go put am equal with 3:

Finally, we go need to change these two lines of

What the fuck are you talking about? Coinbase has no control over a "system" here, and most of the issues that they raised barely have a direct effect on them directly.
So basically it's a bill that primarily targets the yield advantage of banks. Yeah, good luck passing that without introducing an endless list of regulations that re-create another monopoly on yield.
You can effectively tokenize only bearer assets, in my head, such as USDT, ETH, and bitcoin. I don't understand how tokenization makes any sense for stuff like stocks or real estate. What happens if I own an e-NVDA and lose the private key? I've yet to found a sufficient response to this simple question.
I could ask you the same question, what happens if you own Bitcoin and you lose the private key? From the company side or the regulator side they couldn't care less if you lost e-NVDA shares or not, it does not have an effect on everyone else -- and traditionally when it comes to ownership they do not know whether someone who owned stock already died and whatnot from a top-down perspective. You should not consider these things from a general overview perspective, but you must consider every potential solution in detail. There have been cases historically, albeit rarely, where complete ownership or proof of some documents have been lost. There are various things that are done in those cases, but each time it depended on the specific nature of the situation.
Tokenization of real world stuff has a lot of potential benefits, you have no idea how convoluted and bad the financial system is -- especially in Europe. There is a ridiculous number of unnecessary intermediaries, high fees, settlement is very slow and so forth. If I recall there was somewhere an overview picture for these things but I have a trouble locating it. If I do find it I will post it here or send it to you so that you have a look. Further, you must differentiate between different types of solutions:
1) Basic tokenization, which is what most are pursuing, it is just wrapping ownership to make it faster to trade among other things. It is nothing fancy and it is essentially a duplicate ledger of the usual ledger.
2) Native issuance. Some are pursuing this, it is much harder but it can come with many more benefits -- that relate to the problem of intermediaries, settlement and fees as I have mentioned.
There is potential and it is an interesting topic, but like with NFTs, most companies that are pursuing this are just money-grab scams that do the least effort possible. They are the ones that are negatively influencing the space.
Brian Armstrong has responded to the above tweet
saying that it's inaccurate, and they're currently working on some ideas to help the "community banks".
Read Art of the Deal and forget about "inaccurate information". They are posting this in public only to strengthen their own positions in the negotiations, each is its own battle.

No need to make a pull request until there's some discussion in the mailing list, in my opinion. Changing Bitcoin Core is a very slow process, and you don't want to rush and end up being ignored. I sent an email at the bitcoindev mailing list (the testnet4 broken thread) and I'm waiting moderators to approve my mail.
The good thing with this proposal is that we're "removing features" and making it less complicated, so it should require less effort than otherwise.
Also, with POW "we" (people that agree on a rule change) don't actually have to have Core merge anything, do we? We just need 80% of 2016 blocks to pass a new rule... as I understand(?)
You need Core permission to add things to Core, but you don't need Core to just make a change. If you convince 51%+ of the hashrate to run your own modified version, then you're good. But, I think this is not the right approach, as it'd render the non-updated Core clients vulnerable to reorg attacks. Imagine that you run a client that constantly receives difficulty=1 blocks and validates them, and a couple of hours after, your chain is reorged due to the 51% hashrate ignoring your blocks. It'd be a lot less painful to just modify Core.

Not sure what you mean by "original address" because to my knowledge Satoshi didn't use public addresses as coinbases or transaction outputs. The Genesis block coinbase transaction of type P2PK had a public key as transaction output and that is technically no public address.
Of course, with the private key of the Genesis block you can move coins sent to the public key and any coins on derivable public address(es), where the most popular is the legacy P2PKH public address 1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa.
Anyways, it is weird to see which amounts of life changins amounts of money getting burned, considering how much hardship there is nowadays on this world.

We have no evidence that Satoshi could be gone from this world, so it makes no sense to me to speculate on this, but I agree that it's not likely he would ever spend any spendable coins "on" the Genesis block. There's no rounding issue because the block subsidy is halved by a bit shift of an integer value. Halving an odd integer value by bit shift of its binary representation causes no issue at all. It's only we thinking with fractional bitcoin numbers to see an issue where none is. Excuse me being pedantic.
So right now the genesis block with over 100 coins could reseed rewards for all of 2069 and boost block reward from
The initial Genesis block's subsidy of 50
BTC is unspendable because it is not in the UTXO set (not sure if deliberately or by fault of Satoshi). Not even Satoshi and if a private key exists for the Genesis block's public key could spend those if he would ever want to.
This might be fixable but hasn't been done so far and I don't expect it to be ever fixed (if possible, I don't know, it's all code only).
I don't like the idea of confiscating and repurposing dormant coins. And I think this topic highlights also that I don't like the idea to deliberately take coins out of circulation by sending them to a public key or public address that very very likely will never be moved again. It's of course not me to decide what other people do with their coins.

I agree. Also, I don't think it will ever be merged if it contains a lot of code. I have forked Bitcoin Core latest version and pushed some changes that should do the work by modifying only testnet4, with simple code changes:

If we could get enough funds into the genesis block it is fully working and doable plan.
So I see issues of rewards being too small in the future. If the genesis was to get some donation money while coins are under 100k it could allow a plan to keep the chain running well past 2068

because I am sure you have to login before gaining that access before you knew the value of bitcoin in that wallet.
You're wrong, since OP already mentioned it's wallet.dat and Bitcoin Core. Bitcoin Core doesn't have account/login system and you can see the balance without know the password.
This guy is clearly a scammer, because what kind of person wants to sell the file that contains 19 bitcoin instead of actually finding a way around recovering the password? I can't believe that people give genuine replies, or pretend to I hope. I mean, guys, come on, spot the scammer.
Sometimes line between scammer and people with poor knowledge/without common sense is blurry, so personally i'm willing to give benefit of doubt.
Please post a photo of the USB drive you found

The next form of KYC would be having a videocall with a customer support representative of the crypto exchange. I know that this can be faked with AI as well, but the customer support representative should be smart enough to distinguish fake AI videos from an actual person behind the camera. The big advantage of this method is the video can't be pre-recorded and the customer support rep can tell you to do certain things in front of your camera. I doubt that any AI is advanced enough to handle such type of verification, but AI improves every day and we don't know what would happen if AGI becomes a thing.

Yes KYC is a vibe check to verify accuracy and that who you're interacting with a real person and not just some bot. I feel like next phase will definitely be some kind of digital id or something that will be used eventally by everyone. The thing is that digital ID is scary when you talk about it from a religious standpoint this all points back to the mark of the beast. Also for the love of God I know someone can help me get past the "666" merit that is coming up on my next single merrit issued to me . It would be really nice if someone diid something to help me out with that.

Depending on the kind of verification needed by the exchange but then you might be needing more than just ai to bypass right from the creation of the account so it’s likely to fail than just using other methods.
Generally, I know there’s possibility we start developing anti - Ais systems very soon too lol.
They asked the person to take a picture with a local newspaper in his hands. It has to be a local paper, that is sold in that locality, and not something national or international.
It’s somehow rampant with this CEXs though.. Went through same not too long ~ but not actually news paper. Couldn’t let the money go just like.. can’t mention the CEx either but any of them can actually do it anytime they want.

So intense, that some miners send empty blocks to gain that little advantage over bandwidth and verification time. My proposal to fix testnet4 is to simply remove the 20-min limit after a certain epoch, months into the future, so that everyone has time to upgrade. Also, difficulty should also be decreased significantly after the epoch of that block (by around 5/6th) because around 5 in 6 blocks are CPU blocks, and by disabling CPU blocks, we should expect the block interval to increase significantly.
One good justification for this proposal is that the purpose of testnet is to mimic mainnet as closely as possible. It'd be good for devs to be able to mine testnet "for free", but this mindset has lead to these unintended consequences where you can't have the cake and eat it too. Having the illusion of "free mining" without the usability of a test network is far worse than having a usable test network where coins are just not free to mine.

Its time for yet another brief monthly overview of local boards activity, and a little bit earlier than last time as I plan to publish the yearly overview by the end of the month. All charts and table are made using data from @DdmrDdmr
Merit Dashboard and BitList.
Communities marked with * (Pakistan, Bangladesh) unfortunately still don't have their own local boards, but I still hope that's something that will change in the (near) future.
Post activity per local board during December 2025During the last month, 13997 posts were written across the local boards, which is a slight increase compared to November's number (13826). Increase may seem small, but what's more important is that the negative trend of decreased activity was stopped.
Once again Nigerian board has been far ahead the others, with Russian board at the 2nd, while Turkish board came dangerously close to them and considering how things are developing, I wouldn't be surprised if they take over that 2nd spot. Regarding the left part of the chart, no changes or surprises there, except maybe French local that slowly and steady keeps going down.
Active members per local board during December 2025During December, 1441 members wrote at least 1 post in one of the local boards, which is almost as same as the month before (1445 during November).
Nigerian is at the top, but not as dominant as with the number of posts, Russian board at the 2nd spot while Indonesian at 3rd is far behind them.
Local board members per amount of posts during December 2025When it comes to the members who wrote only 1 post, Romanian is the leader with 57%, while at the same bracket Pilipinas had only 15% of such members.
In the 2-9 posts bracket leader is French local board with 55%, while at the same time Portuguese loca had only 20% of those members.
And regarding the 10+ posts bracket, leader is Turkish local board with 57% of such members, while French and Polish local boards didn't have a single member whoe wrote 10+ posts.
Merit shared per local board during December 2025During the above mentioned period, 7657 merit was shared across local boards, which is a slight increase compared to November's 7414 merit. Imho, I think that this is generally a good number considering the overall number of posts written on local boards.
Nigerian board remained at the top, which makes sense considering their number of posts, followed far behind by Russian and Turkish local boards. Its also worth mentioning Greek local board as well, sicne I don't remember the last time they had such a high number of merit sent.
Merit/Post ratio per local board during December 2025During December, the average merit per post ratio across local boards that are part of this overview was 0.55, which is a small increase compared to November's 0.54.
Romanian board is back at the top with 1.88 merit per post, followed by Spanish, Greek, Italian and Croatian board that all had over 1 merit per post ratio, which is something we didn't see for quite some time. Regarding the last month's top board (German), they dropped hard, from 1.66 in Novermber to 0.59 in December, which is not so usual for such a big board.
Merit senders and receivers per local board during December 2025During December, 527 members sent while 628 members received merit which is similar to previous month numbers (536/610). As expected, Nigerian is far ahead the other boards with a huge amount of merit senders and receivers, even considering their number of merit sent.
Merit per transaction across local boards during December 2025Last but not the least, chart that shows meriting habits of local boards. This time Greek local board is at the top with 7+ merit sent per tx, which is only possible to happen on the smaller boards that don't have big number of merit transactions.

It's as if Know Your Customer is still put in place, not to prevent money laundering, but to push everyone to voluntarily hand over their bitcoin activity to the government. I know, a wild conspiracy theory that I read on X.
KYC without face verification is a joke, obviously, because AI is now capable of creating almost anything especially if it's in image form, videos could still be somewhat understandable that they have been created using AI, but with images, sometimes the perfection is so good that one could never guess whether it's a real image or a fake one created using an AI image creation model. This is why if a platform doesn't ask for facial verification when asking their customers for KYC then they are definitely not doing it right.
I use Binance most often, and it asks for facial verification even when you have completed the initial verification, especially when you are doing P2P trades sometimes, or even making a withdrawal, etc., and when they ask for facial verification, you are asked to blink your eyes, nod your head, and look left and right, and you pass the test only when you follow the instructions correctly, and I don't think AI can do that just yet. What's shown in that post could be done using an App or something, but when you phone's camera opens directly, it won't be able to do that for you.

Well, I think what could help the government in this regard is enforcing strict regulations on ai companies. Sure there are good uses of AI but what I see from the video in the X link provided is pure impersonation and I don't think a reasonable government should allow such companies carry out this kind of project, I mean what for? To encourage scam?

As you now know, facial verification, images/pictures, videos is a NO NO since these AI are now capable of producing identical images as the real one, videos mimicking the intended character etc.
For me, the best solution for exchanges should be something not complicated. AI bot asking some set of predefined question by the user should be just enough, I see no need for the facial and video verification.

Looking at the whole concern, we would see clearly that the exchanges didn't think far when drafting KYC systems for their customers. They didn't put into consideration this current world where impersonation techniques are so advanced that it is gradually becoming difficult for us to tell what is real and what is not. That KYC system is already lagging behind, and it is not just the customers that would face the consequences, even the exchanges are not safe either.
AI can fake faces, voices, signatures and many more we are yet to know of. Maybe it's time for the exchanges to adopt another approach, probably cryptographic proofs, to identify their users through their mathematical identity and not the traditional method that has already been tampered by AI.

They might go stringent and work with your country of origin or of which you a citizen
To confirm the datas you shared.
This can also be bypassed by using another existing person as you. If I'm not mistaken they would choose to use Ai to combat Ai.
